FV Suspension Returns / Cancellations

FV Suspension requires that prior communication is made before returning products to our facility. If you are having difficulty with a product, please email us at info@fvsuspension.com 

Refund Policy:

there is a 24 hour refund window after order is completed after that there is no refunds or returns with no exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order. after that we can not refund you due to orders being custom built.

As a valued FV Suspension/ Fitted Visions dealer we request that you inform your customers of this policy before placing an order for any FV Suspension Product.

All employees and staff need to be aware of this policy. Please inform everyone on your team of this policy change.

If you wholesale, all your resellers must be made aware of this policy. Please inform all resellers who purchase FV Suspension Coilovers through you.


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fvsuspension.com for instructions on receiving a replacement component.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

WARRANTY STEPS AND GUIDES

  1. Email us with your original order number and full name and date of your purchase.

    2. If your Coilover or Air struts is having an issue, give us a call to discuss what may be causing the issue first. Most of the time, any type of noises you may be hearing can be easily fixed at home by tightening a screw or adjusting the pre-load on the spring. For more information, you can always check out our DIY Section for easy-to-follow tutorials. This can save you time and money.

    3. Once it is determined where the source of the issue is, you can either send us in your entire coilover for us to inspect. Or, you can place a deposit via Paypal first, and we will ship you a new shock as a replacement. You will be responsible for the shipping fees of sending us back your original shock. We will examine it, and put it on our shock dyno to see if there is anything wrong with the shock. If the shock is found to be malfunctioning in any way, we will refund your full deposit via Paypal. In the case that the shock is actually working properly, and no issues were found on our shock dyno, we will keep the full amount of your initial deposit as payment for the new shock that was sent to you initially. Please note that the customer is responsible for re-assembling the coilover once a new shock/re-serviced shock has been sent.

    4. Our warranty process can take up to 5-10 business days, so please be aware of the possible downtime. This does not include the time for shipping. We will do our very best to service your coilovers in a timely fashion and get them back to you.

THINGS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  1. FV SUSPENSION/FITTED VISIONS is NOT responsible for any incurring costs due to any warranty or non-warranty related issues with our products. This includes but not limited to any parts and labor costs associated with installation or removal of any products.
  2. FV SUSPENSION/FITTED VISIONS is NOT responsible for any fees associated with vehicle rentals, Uber/Lyft/Taxis, or any other alternative modes of transportation while your vehicle is down due to warranty claims.
  3. Normal wear and tear on parts will NOT be covered under our warranty.
  4. Damage caused by accidents, error in installation, any damage caused by retro-fitting applications onto other vehicles, damage from road debris, natural causes, or damage caused by other aftermarket products are not covered by our warranty.
  5. All FV SUSPENSION/FITTED VISIONS products are intended for off-road use only. Please check your local laws before purchasing any of our products.
  6. Some vehicles have similar suspension setups, If you order a kit that’s not made for your exact vehicle & vin Number we are not responsible. Please do your research before you order any kits or reach out to us at info@fittedvisions.com

 

 

WARRANTY TERMS

  • All Products covered under warranty must be purchased NEW.
  • FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS warranty is not transferrable between owners.
  • FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS warranty will only cover parts found to be defective due to workmanship or manufacturer defects.
  • FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS warranty will not cover parts that are worn from normal wear and tear, neglect, or modified use.
  • FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS warranty will not cover parts that were applied to vehicles other than the intended vehicle application listed for the product style.
  • FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS warranty will not cover parts that have been modified, customized, painted, dented, rusted or damaged due to installation, or improper adjustment/tuning.
  • FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS warranty will not cover parts that make noise. This includes but not limited to: squeaks, creaks, clunks.
  • Excessive lowering of vehicle and/or modifications outside the scope of approved product application will not be covered under warranty.
  • FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS reserves the right to reject any warranty claims due to unsatisfactory claim, fraudulent parts, distressed parts, or parts not purchased through an authorized FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS
  • distributor.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping on any product back for warranty purposes.
  • Any products that are deemed NOT covered under warranty, the Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back. This includes but not limited to, new replacement parts, shocks, etc.
  • We will not cover blown shocks from Install Error Especially on rear divorce setups. If this install is done wrong, it will make noise, bounce and blow the shock. Please bring your vehicle to a speed shop who specialize in divorce rears.
  • All warranties are shipped via Standard Ground within the Lower 48 states. Any other shipping methods (overnight, 2-day, etc) will be subject to current shipping rates at that time.
  • Warranties only cover FV SUSPENSION & FITTED VISIONS
  • Airlift & Accuair Warranties are Honored by Them. You must have your Invoice & receipt from Fitted visions/FV Suspension to Honor any Factory Airlift or Accuair Warrantys.
  • For OFF-ROAD use only.
  • ** we are not responsible for any shocks that are seized to lower mount because of seasonal conditions such as rain, snow or salt that can cause rust to metal components

 

My vehicle has different suspension on it and does not match OEM fitment, can i get a refund?: We build our kits off vin number or Trim and year customer gives us. we do not do refunds on cars that have custom or different suspension than there oem fitment.

Returns 

Airlift Products: Once Ordered you can return the item within 5 days with a 20% restocking fee added. You will have to cover shipping back to Airlift and Must request a RMA number from us before shipping. 

Most Vehicles Require a EDC cancellation kit, That Research is up to the Customer and Customer only. FV Suspension Is Not Liable for a Dashboard warning light. 

***ALL ITEMS ARE FOR OFFROAD USE***

Some Brand Orders may be cancelled within 1 business days from the initial order for a full refund if it has not been shipped.. We will not refund after the 5th day or orders that have been shipped out.

When placing your order online and or in the store you are (customer) is responsible to check if all information is correct before committing to the order. If you don't see the mistake initially and only there after receiving the product we are not responsible for placing the wrong product. As custom orders can not be returned once completed.

Any Air struts or kits that have been installed may not be returned or refunded as we can not refurbish the custom kits.

We do hold a 1 year warranty on struts and bags.

We will not warranty any human error installation, example ” I did not check for clearance and my factory wheels rub and popped my bags” that is a human error. We will replace the bags, shocks if the Leaking occurs under the 1 year warranty. We will only Warranty Factory Defects not Human Errors. 

For Air struts ​install fitting gently on an angle and also add Teflon. PLEASE BE GENTLE WHEN INSTALLING FITTINGS. It must go in easy if not you will cross thread and damage the port and we are not responsible for.

Be aware if you over torque a strut top center bolt over 40lbs or snap it we can not warranty it.

We will not warranty a wheel if it falls in to a pot hole or from any car accident.

If you order a Air Strut or Coilover kit from us and your give us the wrong dimension or Year make and model we are not held accountable.

We will not warranty any shock or struts that are cut or welded in any way, that is automatically a void on warranty.

AIRSTRUT INSTALLATION instructions:
Before installing your air struts make sure all management is powered up and functional, You want to be sure management is working, once you have it running

you may move on to the air struts. The car must be up on all four on jack stand or on a lift and then you can proceed installing the air struts. Once you have installed the air struts to your vehicle connect the air lines and proceed inflating the air struts with air over 90 psi. The reason you want to add to the air the struts is because one it's easier

to check for any leaks on the fittings once up in the air, 2 easier to lower on the ground to get off jack or car lift. 3. Also adding air to the bag, it will expands the bags to clear

the shock shaft and will keep the bag from wrinkling and causing any type of inner pinch which would result in damaging the bag. If this happens we will not warranty the air bag.

 Price Policy

We do our best to maintain accurate pricing at all times but Fitted Visions, LLC can not be held responsible for incorrectly listed prices. Prices may fluctuate without notice do to increased material costs or exchange rate changes.

 

Order Policy

All orders are final There is no Refund on orders since our Products are Custom Built Specific for that make and model. If you wish to add items after the order has been placed, you must place an additional order. Orders cannot be combined. Customers have 30 days to verify the contents of their packages. After 30 days, Fitted Visions releases their liability on the contents of those packages.

Orders Made wit Affirm and Sezzle Takes 2-3 days to Process. 

Product Usage Policy

The products sold by Fitted visions, LLC are intended for show and off-road use only. It is the responsibility of the customer to follow all pertinent laws with regard to air suspension usage.

Coupon Code and Promotion Policy

Only one promotion can be used per order. 'Full Kit' sales and promotional codes only apply to full kit orders that include both front and rear air struts and/or bag kits from FV Suspension 'Full Kit' orders without front and rear suspension options selected do not qualify for 'Full Kit' discounts.
